The extra 2,000 to <br />4,000 cars a day is that the traffic wiJI get worse and right now on <br />Hamline,Snelling and County Road B the traffic is bad as it is right now. <br />They will have to open the streets so cars can enter and exit on the side <br />streets and where I live there are lots of little kids and they ride bikes. <br />The semi-truck deliveries will make more noise and with the extra lights <br />it will be brighter. The drainage pond wiJI have to be moved to the South <br />East end of the parking lot and that is where they pile the snow in the <br />winter. Where the holding pond is now the drain pipes are now its <br />sloped downhill. There will also be more trash and pests around the <br />mall. Pedestrians might get hit by cars and we will lose the Farmers <br />Market and State Fair parking.
