The north line of said Block <br />2 is a line 30.0 feet South of and parallel with the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />determines with the vacation of a portion of the utility and drainage easements, it is appropriate <br />to accept a replacement easement, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Block 2, Kay Reen Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, and that part of vacated Arona Street lying southerly of the North line of said <br />Block 2, described as commencing at a point on the north line of said Block 2 distant 111.34 feet <br />westerly of the Northeast corner of said Block 2; thence southerly parallel with the East line of <br />Block 2, a distance of 61.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing southerly parallel <br />with the East line of Block 2, a distance of70.01 feet; thence easterly parallel with said North line <br />of Block 2, a distance of 111.34 feet to the East line of said Block 2; thence northerly along said <br />East line of Block 2, a distance of 131.02 feet to the Northeast corner of said Block 2; thence <br />westerly along said Northline of Block 2, a distance of 86.35 feet; thence southerly parallel with <br />said East line of Block 2, a distance of 61.01 feet; thence westerly parallel with said North line of <br />Block 2, a distance of 24.99 feet to the point of beginning.
