I <br />did attend the meeting and listened to the objections raised by other neighbors. <br /> <br />I am losing hope that much can be done for me and my neighbors. I am asking that the <br />Council back my suggestion that a solid fence be erected along Ryan Avenue and any <br />other street where car lights would interfere with residents' enjoyment of their homes. <br />There is precedence for this in Shoreview where ~!1ere was an addition to a mall. The <br />neighbors aked for and received a solid fence. <br /> <br />I live at 1971 Simpson Street, on the comer of Simpson and Ryan Avenue. Although my <br />house fronts Simpson, the side windows look directly to the front of the proposed Cub <br />store.
