.,

,

February 25, 1999

Mr. Tim Prinsen
Bradley Real Estate, Inc
HarMar Mall

RE: CUB FOODS AT HARMAR

Dear Mr. Prinsen:

The planned addition of Cub Foods to HarMar naturally raises questions,
especially for me, since my living room windows look straight across to
where the store will be. The questions involve parking, security, noise and
hours of business .

Parking

The south lot does not appear to be large enough to accommodate the Cub
customers. I am concerned that there will be on street parking along Ryan
avenue. Privacy will be a big issue for the residents.

Security

With increased traffic, this becomes another problem. I have already
experienced one break-in and will be interested in what HarMar will do to
protect the residents along Ryan Avenue.

Noise

More cars mean more noise. Will there be more plantings along Ryan Avenue
? Would a solid barrier be preferable?

Hours

Cub Foods stores are open 24 hours a day. This impacts on all the other
concerns, parking, noise, security, It is very worrisome.

Yours very truly,

UJ"&<j (!~ .
1971 .~,#~C'?~ S r-
j'c~L~
:;;;;.
t:: q. 9' ['L/' 9 ./

-

.
