Ric Cox request for vacation of a portion of County <br />Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the parcel at the <br />southeast corner of Fairview and County Road d (3116 Fairview Ave. North) to <br />allow a small office building. <br /> <br />Chair Harms opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to <br />summarize a staff report dated March 10, 1999.
