<br />March 16, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Adjacent Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, March 25, at 3:30 p.m in the Roseville City <br />Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Mr. John Carlson has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow new home construction <br />within the front yard setback at 1240 Belair Circle. This is a new home construction <br />project that involves the placement of 19 square feet of the proposed structure into the <br />required front yard setback area. The required front yard setback for Single Family <br />Residential (R-l) property is 30 feet. The applicant is requesting a setback permit to <br />allow encroachment into the front yard setback of 1.7 feet. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please <br />feel free attend the meeting on Thursday, March 25 or provide them to my attention.
