That sign A on the drawing be reduced in size frcm 342 square feet to <br />the allowable 100 square feet. <br /> <br />2. That no additional signs be erected on the property exceeding the sign <br />requirerrent limits. <br /> <br />3. That the painting of the building in a nonotone be cc:rrp1eted as previously <br />stipulated. by the City Council. <br /> <br />Sign A as referred to in condition No.1 is shown on one of the drawings in the <br />attached Planner's report. <br /> <br />'!he Co\.lll.ci1 at its Octo!:>er 18, 1976 rreeting approved a special use permit for <br />Mr. Trapp at this same location and included several conditions which must be canp1ied <br />with by June 30, 1977.
