<br />menbers present: Mayor IaIDs, CouncilnEn Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Anderson.

<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the rreeting
<br />of Janua..'Y 31, 1977, be approved. !bll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None. Abstention: Hess.
<br />Councilman Hess abstained as he was absent fran the rreeting.

<br />B-1 Grauel M::wed, Cu:rley Seconded, that Marie Slawik's request
<br />for special use permit and variances to sign ordinance and
<br />parking setback requirenents at 2751 North Snelling Avenue
<br />be approved and that the final screening, lighting and side-
<br />walk requirenents be reviewed and approved by the staff. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: CUrley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and DemJs. Nays:
<br />None 0

<br />E-l. CUrley Moved, Grauel SecoOOed, that Har-Mar, me. request for
<br />extension of special use pennit at 2100 North Snelling Avenue
<br />be approved until August 9, 1977. !bll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />variance to sign height and size at 2211 County Ibad C-2 ~ (
<br />approved with the fOllCMing corulitions:

<br />New Brighton Veterinary Clinic to serve as City poundkeeper.

<br />authorized to sign the Users Agreement with the Minnesota
