Roll Call, Ayes: Simons, Cushing, Go Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1009 - James Trapp request for special use permit at 2217 County Road C-2 <br /> <br />~entation ~ <br /> <br />Mro Jim Trapp indicated he proposed to construct two gas and diesel islands at his existing <br />truck wash facility 0 He stated that if this work is done he also intends to repaint the <br />building and cleanup the areao He indicated he was in agreement with the seven conditions <br />which had been suggested by Howard Dahlgren in his Planning report 0 <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Vo Johnson asked if Mr. Trapp would be willing to agree to Mr. Dahlgren's suggestion <br />that the special use permit could be issued for a specified period, subject to review and <br />renewal, based on'performance,QP the:suggested conditions. <br /> <br />Mr 0 Trapp felt that he could Ii ve with that because it was his intention to follow through <br />on the conditions 0 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mrs 0 Cushing seconded, that the Connnission recommend approval of <br />James Trapp request for special use permit at 2270 County Road C-2 with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />L That the site be redeveloped in accordance with the plans as submittedo <br /> <br />20 That all weeds, exterior debris and storage be removed from the site and the site <br />maintained in an orderly mannero <br /> <br />30 That the sodding and landscaping be installed, maintained, and that a bond be <br />posted to one and one half times the approximate cost of the landscaping to assure <br />its completion. <br /> <br />40 That concrete curbs be installed separating all sodded and landscaped areas from the <br />driveway, parking, and service areas 0 . <br />
