No work, unless considered an emergency by the City Building Official, City <br />Code Officer or City Engineer, will be allowed on Sundays or holidays. <br /> <br />Other work rules shall be as follows: <br />A. Except for emergency work on public utilities or streets, no work shall be performed outside <br />the structure during non-regular work hours unless approved by the City Administrator. <br />B. During all non-regular work hours, there shall be no playing of radios, etc., outside the <br />enclosed structure. <br /> <br />Article 3 <br />Prior to any site grading, the developer shall have installed erosion control measures as required by <br />the City Engineer. The erosion control measures shall be regularly maintained throughout the <br />construction period. When construction is completed, the erosion control measures shall be <br />removed. <br /> <br />Article 4 <br />To the extend there is no conflict with Postal Service requirements for construction, all applicable <br />State Building and Fire Codes shall be adhered to. <br /> <br />Article 5 <br />The Developer shall provide dust and debris control as necessary during construction and as directed <br />by the City Code Enforcement Officer. Streets muddied from construction shall be cleaned by the <br />Developer/Contractor on a regular basis. A trash dumpster shall be maintained on-site during <br />construction in a manner that meets the Fire MarshaVCode Enforcement Officer's approval. <br /> <br />Article 6 <br />Where articles of this agreement are inconsistent with applicable codes and regulations, this <br />agreement will control. <br /> <br />Article 7 <br />Any revision to the above articles must be submitted to the City Council for review. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />4of7 <br />
