No work, unless considered an emergency by the City Building Official, City Code Officer or City Engineer, will be allowed on Sundays or holidays. Other work rules shall be as follows: A. Except for emergency work on public utilities or streets, no work shall be performed outside the structure during non-regular work hours unless approved by the City Administrator. B. During all non-regular work hours, there shall be no playing of radios, etc., outside the enclosed structure. Article 3 Prior to any site grading, the developer shall have installed erosion control measures as required by the City Engineer. The erosion control measures shall be regularly maintained throughout the construction period. When construction is completed, the erosion control measures shall be removed. Article 4 To the extend there is no conflict with Postal Service requirements for construction, all applicable State Building and Fire Codes shall be adhered to. Article 5 The Developer shall provide dust and debris control as necessary during construction and as directed by the City Code Enforcement Officer. Streets muddied from construction shall be cleaned by the Developer/Contractor on a regular basis. A trash dumpster shall be maintained on-site during construction in a manner that meets the Fire MarshaVCode Enforcement Officer's approval. Article 6 Where articles of this agreement are inconsistent with applicable codes and regulations, this agreement will control. Article 7 Any revision to the above articles must be submitted to the City Council for review. - - 4of7
