The city may permit the seeding of areas reserved for furore expansion of the development if consistent with the intent of this ord;mmce. . b) A reasonable attempt shall be made to preserve as many existing trees as is practicable and to incorporate them into the site plan. c) All new overstory trees shall be balled and budapped or moved from the growing site by tree spade. SUBDIVISION 16. INTERIOR PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING. a) An parking lots containing over 150 stalls shall be designed to incorporate unPaved, landscaped islands in number and dimension as required by the city. Alllandscape islands shall contain a minimum of 180 square feet. Islands which are necessary to promote the safe and efficient flow of traffic shan not be subject to the "150 stall n standard and shall be required by the city when wammted.
