SECTION 4. Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code is amended to add a <br />I <br />I~ paragraph H. to read as follows: <br /> <br />H. Any owner of land who has received a conditional use permit may apply for <br />an amendment to the conditional use permit. Applications for amendment or <br />modifications shall be processed as original applications except that minor modifications <br />to the terms and conditions of the permit that do not exceed a ten percent (10%) departure <br />from the standard or condition specified in the permit may be approved upon application <br />to the Community Development Director, after the review by the Development Review <br />Committee (DRC). <br /> <br /> <br />3. Security: Commercial property owners will be responsible for <br />providing frequent and thorough security monitoring of <br />commercial areas within 300' of a residential district. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Site Maintenance: Commercial property owners shall be <br />responsible for daily site monitoring and site maintenance, <br />including trash pickup in parking areas bordering residential areas. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 1008.09B.l.ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Any minor extensions, alterations or modifications of proposed or existing <br />buildings or structures may be authorized by the Development Review Committee if they <br />are consistent with the purposes and intent of the final plan. No change authorized by <br />this Section may increase the cube of any building or structure by more than ten percent <br />(10%). <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
