Such screens must be a minimum of 6 feet in <br />height and provide a minimum opaqueness of 80%. <br /> <br />All trash, recycling and related equipment must be stored within the principal structure or within <br />an attached structure accessible from within the principal structure. Such structure must be <br />screened from eye level view from public streets and adjacent residential properties. Such <br />structure must be architecturally harmonious with the principal structure. <br /> <br />Brooklyn Park <br />Screening is required where any off-street parking area contains more than 4 parking spaces and <br />is within 30 feet of an adjoining residential use or zone and where the driveway to a parking area <br />of more than 4 spaces is within 15 feet of an adjoining residential use or zone. <br /> <br />Where any commercial or industrial use is adjacent to property zoned or developed for <br />residential use, that business or industry must provide screening along the boundary of the <br />residential property. Screening must also be provided where a business, parking lot, or industry <br />is across the street from a residential zone, but not on that side of a retail or office building <br />considered to be the front except to screen a parking lot or permitted storage. <br /> <br />Required screening is as follows: <br />~ A minimum of 6 foot high screening is required for exterior storage and to buffer commercial <br />from residential uses. <br />~ Exterior loading, rooftop equipment, and mechanical areas must be completely screened from <br />all surrounding properties.
