<br />. <br /> <br />P ARKJNG OF TRUCKS <br />In the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District: <br />Parking of trucks used in the conduct of a permitted principal use is limited to 2 hours if the vehicle <br />exceeds 2 ton capacity. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS REQUlREMENTS--OTHER SECTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE <br /> <br />OFF-STREET PARKING <br />Screening and Landscaping <br />~ All non-residential parking areas with 4 or more stalls must be screened from all sides adjacent to <br />residentially zoned property. <br />~ Screening must consist of a wall, fence, or planting. Such wall, fence or planting cannot be less than <br />4 nor more than 6 feet in height. <br />~ Walls or fences oflesser height or planting screens may be permitted ifthere is a finding by the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals that the nature or extent of the use being screened is such that a lesser <br />degree of screening will as adequately promote and protect the use and enjoyment of the property <br />within the adjacent residence district, or there is a finding that a screening of the types required by <br />this ordinance would interfere with other provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Parking Setbacks <br />In the C-3, C-4, C-5, PID, 1-1 and 1-2 districts, parking and storing may be located in all setback areas, <br />except when the district boundary is adjacent to a residential, MD, C-l or C-2 district. In such case the <br />setback is the same as for the adjacent district. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lighting <br />When lighting is provided for parking areas, the light reflectors must be so placed as to disallow direct <br />illumination on adjacent residentially zoned properties. Glare and indirect illumination cannot exceed .1 <br />footcandle power at a point 10 feet from the property line of a parking area when located next to a <br />residentially zoned area. <br /> <br />Parking Space Requirements <br />Shopping Centers in excess of 20,000 sf.: 1 stall/250 sf. of gross floor area <br /> <br />OFF-STREET LOADING <br />Location <br />~ All required loading or unloading into or out of trucks in excess of 3/4 ton capacity, or railroad cars, <br />must be conducted at facilities specifically designed for that purpose.
