When <br />authorized by signature on the last page of this letter, Ellerbe Becket, Inc. (Architect) will <br />provide the required Professional Services to the City of Roseville, Minnesota (Owner) for <br />the following Project: <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Basic Services of the Architect are defined as follows: <br /> <br />Work with the City Manager and City Department Heads (the Project Advisory Group) to <br />prepare conceptual facility programs for each of the following proposed building elements <br />for the new Roseville City Center (refer to the 11/10/99 draft Roseville City Center Master <br />Plan and Development Strategy document prepared by Ellerbe Becket): <br /> <br />County Road C / Lexington: <br /> <br />. City Hall renovation and expansion - including new council chambers, entry <br />lobby and winter garden. <br /> <br />. Public Safety Building (police and fire station), including replacement <br />accommodations for the existing on-site fire station. <br /> <br />.
