New Recreation Center, including indoor pool and community facilities. <br /> <br />These conceptual facility programs will incorporate the following project information to <br />support continued development and planning for the Roseville City Center project: <br /> <br />. Project mission statement / intent <br />. Operational program description <br />. Space requirements listing <br />. Key programmatic requirements listing <br />. Relationships between major building sub-units and with other City Center <br />building / site elements. <br />. Site requirements - access, circulation, service, parking. <br />. Construction / project cost analysis. <br />.. Updated project phasing plan. <br /> <br />Work with a project advisory group and the Roseville project representative to define the <br />scope and direction for these projects. <br /> <br />Prepare a project description for each proposed building that includes the mission and <br />intent of the facility and a description of the programs and services to be incorporated. <br /> <br />Prepare a listing of space requirements for each building element, including an associated <br />listing of defining programmatic needs to be accommodated. <br /> <br />Develop diagrams and / or descriptions of the relationships between major building sub- <br />units and with ~tlier City Center building / site elements. <br /> <br />Establish site requirements - access, circulation, service, parking, etc. - for each building <br />element. <br /> <br />Prepare a construction / project cost budget for each building element, using developed <br />building areas and comparable building type unit cost factors. <br /> <br />Prepare updated project phasing analysis and pian demonstrating the proposed sequencing <br />of new building development, renovation and occupancy strategies. . <br /> <br />Program requi~ements will be developed through int~ra~t.~o.n with departmental managers / <br />_,', d:irectors, No. broad staff or public participation / interaction is anticipated. <br /> <br />The Owner will provide relevant background documentation (prior meeting / interview <br />notes, previous reports, current space allocation data, building plans, etc.). <br /> <br />------ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br />
