<br />.' <br /> <br />plantings, lighting, pathways, etc. Lexington Avenue currently has a capacity of 18,000 <br />vehicle trips per day, with a current use of 14,000 vehicles per day. County Road C also has <br />a capacity of approximately 18,000 vehicle trips per day, with current use of approximately <br />11,000 vehicle trips. By year 2020 Lexington is expected to increase to 17,000 trips, while <br />County Road C will increase to 14,500 trips. Turning lanes could increase the capacity at the <br />comer of Lexington and C. recognizing the many of the proposed uses already exist on the <br />city center site, there appears to be adequate capacity to serve the proposal.
