<br />NEXT STEPS <br /> <br />Kim Way noted that Phase I of the Task is near completion. On the Task Force charge, <br />the monthly meetings process for this program was to take six to nine months. <br /> <br />The schedule includes a Planning Commission process. After the City reviews the Task <br />Force report and analyzes the impacts, the Task Force would then respond to the input <br />from the City. <br /> <br />The Task Force found that the approach/process is currently an "undone" idea. and <br />encouraged further review at the Task Force level prior to proposing a recommendation <br />to the Planning Commission. Then, the Task Force should be very clear about the <br />direction sent. The Task Force should continue to work, gain input and should hear from <br />others. . <br /> <br />Kim was directed to continue the refinement of the City Square Concept. <br /> <br />15 <br />
