<br />EXHIBIT L <br /> <br />COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 134 <br />A PLANNED COMMUNITY <br />WOODS EDGE TOWNHOMES <br />DECLARATION <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />This Declaration is made in the County of Ramsey , State of Minnesota, on this <br />19th day of October, 1999 by Mendota Homes Inc., a Minnesota corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Declarant", pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />515B known as The Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Act", for the purpose of creating, Common Interest Community Number .J1i.., Woods Edge <br />Townhomes, A PLANNED COMMUNITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Declarant is the Owner of real property in the County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 11, Block I, Woods Edge Townhomes,; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Declarant is the Owner of real property in the County of Hennepin, <br />State of Minnesota, legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 3, Block 1, Woods Edge Townhomes,; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the real property described above, located in the Counties of Ramsey and <br />Hennepin, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Property". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Declarant desires to establish on the property a plan for a permanent <br />residential community to be owned, occupied, and operated for the use, health, safety and <br />welfare of its resident Owners and Occupants, and for the purpose of preserving the value, <br />constructural quality, and the original architectural aesthetic character of the property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Property is not subject to an ordinance referred to in Section 5158.1- <br />106 of the Act, governing conversions to common interest ownership, and is not subject to <br />a master association as defined by the Act, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Declarant to construct -1L townhouse units. <br /> <br />~C!\. <br />.\6\: <br />\\) <br />
