<br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT #1229 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT H <br />DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE <br />November 5, 1999 <br /> <br />This is an approximate schedule of development for the Townhomes of Roseville <br />Commons (Roseville Commons East is in RoseviIle, Roseville Commons West is in St. <br />Anthony). This schedule is subject to change based on weather, sales, etc. <br /> <br />We are presently in the process of clearing the construction site of asphalt and <br />completing preliminary grading. Sewer and water are schedule to be installed during the <br />end of November with work potentially extending to December 10, 1999. We expect to <br />obtain our first building permits for the two-unit building to be constructed in St. <br />Anthony by December I, 1999 and our penn its for the first two-unit building in Roseville <br />by the week of December 20, 1999. <br /> <br />Construction will proceed, through excavation, concrete work, framing, and <br />finish, in conjunction with the construction of the Roseville Commons condominium <br />building, through winter into spring. We anticipate our first occupancies in early March <br />of2000 and all townhomes to be sold and closed by July, 2000. Assuming this schedule, <br />blacktop driveways and roadway will be installed by the end of May, 2000 and <br />landscaping wil1 by installed in June, 2000. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT I <br /> <br />(f...C\ <br />\\ L;' <br />
