<br />October 26, 1999 <br /> <br />Ms. Cindy Koonce <br />Vice President/Branch Manager <br />CreditAmerica Savings <br />305 Jackson Avenue <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />RE: Mendota Homes 12 Unit Townhouse Development. <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Koonce: <br /> <br />I have reviewed the Mendota Homes file and per your request of Monday, October 25, <br />1999, I have the following information: <br /> <br />~ On June 21, 1999 Mr. John Mathern submitted an application for an amended <br />Planned Unit Development consisting of 12 townhouse units (10 in Roseville and <br />2 in St. Anthony) on a parcel of property south of County Road C2 and between <br />Highway 88 and Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />~ On July 14, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding <br />the property rezoning from B-1, Limited Business District to Residential Planned <br />Unit Development (R-PUD) with an underlying zoning ofR-6, Townhouse <br />District and concept development plan for the 10 unit townhouse project. The <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to the City Council. <br /> <br />~ On July 26, the Roseville City Council held a hearing of the rezoning and <br />development proposal. The Council approved the rezoning from B-1 Limited <br />Business District to Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) with an <br />underlying zoning ofR-6, Townhouse District. The Council also approved the <br />development plan and Planned Unit Development Agreement for the 10 unit <br />townhouse development. <br /> <br />The project is in the final stages of being approved by the City. This approval includes <br />review and approval of all development plans (grading, drainage, site, landscape, utility, <br />building floor plans, building elevations, and site lighting) and inclusion of these plans <br />into the signed PUD Agreement. <br /> <br />~q <br />\O.V. <br />
