<br />July 22, 1999 <br /> <br />William Boyd <br />2774 Dale Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for minor subdivision oftwo vacant parcels <br />(located directlvnorth of 2774 Dale St.) PF3131 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Boyd: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting <br />of July 12,1999, approved your request fora two lot minor subdivision of property <br />directly north of 2774 Dale Street North, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) The two proposed lots will meet the dimension and area requirements for new lots <br />created within the R-1 zoning district. <br /> <br />2) Removal of all existing structures/debris must occur prior to the issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />3) The two lot minor subdivision shall be recorded within 60 days from the City <br />Council approval date. <br /> <br />4) A detailed grading plan with building slab elevation and drainage direction must be <br />submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to building permit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />5) New sewer and water service is required for both lots. The connection to the City <br />system must be approved by the City Engineer.
