(PF#3077). <br /> <br />1.0 Requested Action <br /> <br />Last week Mr. John Olson indicated to staff that certain plans and design specifications <br />may not be available for staff review and comment until late in the week of June 21. I <br />suggested to Mr. Olson that he request that his development proposal be continued until <br />the July 12 City Council meeting. I also indicated that continuing the item would afford <br />staff the necessary time to review final building plans and design specifications, as well <br />as the necessary time needed to create the planned unit development agreement. <br /> <br />Because the hearing was publicized for June 29, 1999, Mr. Olson has requested the City <br />Council open the hearing and continue action on the development proposal for 1944 <br />Lexington Avenue to the July 12 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />2.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff concurs with the Mr. Olson's request that the City Council open the hearing <br />regarding the request by Lois Olson for final approval of a business planned unit <br />development and continue action of the request to the City Council meeting on July 12, <br />1999. <br /> <br />3.0 CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />A. Open hearing and ask for citizen comment; <br /> <br />B.
