Mainten~nce. The operator of any mobile home park, or a duly <br />authorized attendant or caretaker, . shall at all times keep the <br />mobile home park and its facilities and equipment in a clean, <br />orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall <br />be answerable, with said operator, fer the violacion of any <br />provision of thes~ regulations to which said opera~or ie subject. <br /> <br />900.28 - PERFO~CE S~~ARDS. <br /> <br />Every use of land shall be established and maintained in <br />compliance with the provisions of this section. The Council may <br />require the owner or operator of any permitted use to have made <br />such invest.igations or tests by an independent testing <br />organization satisfactory to the City as may be required to show <br />compliance with the performance standards. The cost of same shall <br />be shared equally by the owner or operator of th~ City, unless the <br />investigation or tests disclose noncompliance with the performance <br />st~ldards, in which situa~ion the entire cost shall be paid by the <br />owner or operator. <br /> <br />1. Noise. At any property line the sound pressure level of <br />noise radiated from an industrial operation shall not. exceed the <br />values given in Table 1 herein. The ~ound pressure level shall be <br />measured with a Sound Level Meter and an associated Octave Bank <br />Analyzer, both of which are manufact.ured to specifications <br />published by the American Standard Specifications for an Occ.ave <br />Band Filter Set for the Analysis of Noise and Other SOlmds, <br />Z24.10-1953, American Standards Association, rnc., New York, New <br />York.
