Odor~. No harmful odors shall be detectable beyond the <br />limits of the site on which a use is lo~ated. Detailed plans for <br />the prevention of odorous emissions may be required before the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />3. Exterior Liqhti~. Any lights used for exterior <br />illumination shall direct light away from adjoining property and <br />public roads. Glare, whether direct or reflected I such as from <br />floodlights, spotlights, or high-temperature processing, and as <br />differentiated from general illumination, shall not be visible <br />beyond the limics of the property. <br /> <br />4. Vipration_ No vibration shall be discernible at any property <br />line to the human sense of feeling for an accumulated total of <br />three (3) or more minutes during any hour. <br /> <br />5. Smoke~ The Ringelman Smoke Chart, published by the United <br />States Bureau of Mines, shall be used for measuring smoke at the <br />pOint of emission. Smoke not darker or more opaque than No. 4 on <br />said chart may be emi~ted, except that smoke darker or more opaque <br />than No. 2 on said chart may not be emitted for periods longer <br />than four (4) minutes in any thirty (3D) minutes. These <br />provisions, applicable to visible gray smoke, shall also apply to <br />visible smoke of a differenL color but an equivalent apparent <br />opacity. <br /> <br />6.~. Solid or liqu.id particles shall not. be emitted at <br />any point in concentrations exceeding 0.3 grains per cubic foot of <br />the conveying gas or air. For measuring the amount of particles <br />in gases resulting from combustion, standard correc~ions ~hall be <br />applied ~o a stack temperature of five hundred degrees Fahrenheit <br />(5000) and fifty percent (50%) excess air. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />7.
