I have faith that you intend to extend to me the same consideration that has been <br />extended to my neighbors, and that we can cooperate to preserve the lake environment, <br />its aesthetic appeal and property values. <br /> <br />As you are aware there is an existing court case that requires the elimination of any part <br />of my deck that comes closer than 26'6" to the shoreline. I believe I am in compliance <br />with that Order. <br /> <br />I. The shoreline for my property has been extended at least eight feet as the result <br />of work done by the Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District.1 <br /> <br />A. This work was done to prevent a serious and continuing loss of shoreland, <br />as well as trees threatened by continued soil erosion.2 <br /> <br />B. The work was done under permit Number 98-6021 issued by the <br />Department of Natural Resources.3 This permit was signed off by the City <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br />C.
