As intended, this work had the effect of moving back the shoreline closer to its <br />pre-erosion location. <br /> <br />6. The present location of the shoreline is permanent. As described in the Design <br />Report of Tom Peterson, the top of the boulder berm is at an elevation of... "8 8 7 <br />feet, which is 1 foot higher than the IOO-year lake level of 886 feet". <br /> <br />7. Following the work of the DNR, I have measured the distance from the shoreline <br />to the facia of my unfinished deck, using both a Tape Measure and Laser Guided <br />Distance Finder, manufactured by the Bushnell Corporation. (See the attached <br />drawing for details).
