On Monday, August 25, 1997, the City Council <br />approved your request for a variance to reduce the setback from the Ordinary High Water <br />Level (OHWL) of Lake Josephine to 22 feet and a variance to allow the continuance of an <br />impervious lot coverage of 70 percent at 1199 Josephine Road. <br /> <br />A copy of the resolution granting the shoreland variance is attached for your information. <br />This resolution will be recorded against your property by the City. Please read the <br />resolution thoroughly and make sure you understand any conditions.
