Uses Allowed by Conditional Use ~ermn: - 1. Essential service structures, build- ings such as telephone exchange substations, booster or pressure regu- lating stations, wells and pumping stations, elevated tanks and electric power substations. 2. Golf courses, country club, tennis club, public swimming pool, communi- ty centers, stadium, private swimming pools when intended to serve more than one family. The principal struc- ture or building relating to any of the above listed uses shall not be located less than fifty feet (50') from any adja- cent lot in an R District. 3. Any new building ancil- lary to agricultural uses shall not ex- ceed five hundred (500) square feet in area, nor be less than fifty feet (50') from a property line. No retail sales or structures for such purpose shall be allowed as an agricultural use. The City Council may grant a permit for temporary greenhouses ancillary to horticultural uses of such property, upon such terms and conditions as the City Council deems appropriate.
