Off-street parking and loading as <br />regulated by this Code. (Ord. 275, <br />5-12-59) <br /> <br />C. Uses Allowed by Conditional Use <br />~ermn: <br />- <br /> <br />1. Essential service structures, build- <br />ings such as telephone exchange <br />substations, booster or pressure regu- <br />lating stations, wells and pumping <br />stations, elevated tanks and electric <br />power substations. <br /> <br />2. Golf courses, country club, tennis <br />club, public swimming pool, communi- <br />ty centers, stadium, private swimming <br />pools when intended to serve more <br />than one family. The principal struc- <br />ture or building relating to any of the <br />above listed uses shall not be located <br />less than fifty feet (50') from any adja- <br />cent lot in an R District. <br /> <br />3. Extraction of sand, gravel or other <br />material and removal from the site but <br />not processing the same on site. Said <br />conditional permit shall include a fin- <br />ished grading plan which will not ad- <br />verse!y affect the surrounding land or <br />development of surrounding land. <br /> <br />4. Provided further that the day <br />care centers shall provide a minimum <br />of forty (40) square feet of outside <br />play area per child, and provided <br />further that the day care center shall <br />have its outside play area properly <br />fenced and screened. <br /> <br />5. Agricultural uses, except commer- <br />cTal animal farms, fur farms, Kennels, <br />poultry farms and feed lots, but includ- <br />ing truck qardening, -9!owing of nurs- <br />ery stock.... arboretums, and other nom: <br />cultural uses. Any new building ancil- <br />lary to agricultural uses shall not ex- <br />ceed five hundred (500) square feet in <br />area, nor be less than fifty feet (50') <br />from a property line. No retail sales or <br />structures for such purpose shall be <br />allowed as an agricultural use. The <br />City Council may grant a permit for <br />temporary greenhouses ancillary to <br />horticultural uses of such property, <br />upon such terms and conditions as <br />the City Council deems appropriate. <br />The keeping of farm animals shall not <br />be permitted except as allowed in <br />Sections 407.02G and 501.21 of this <br />Code. Beauty Parlors and Barber Shops <br />with one operator and which see cus- <br />tomers by appointment only, subject <br />to the restrictions of permitted home <br />occupations in subsection 1004.01 G <br />except the City Council may approve <br />the equipment to be used.
