Moderate impact public or quasi- <br />public uses when located in a publicly <br />owned building or a building which <br />was formerly publicly owned and is <br />now owned by a church, provided that <br />no structure or building shall be <br />nearer than thirty feet (30') to any <br />adjacent lot in a R District, as defined <br />in Section 1002.02 of this Code. <br /> <br />District shall not exceed 0.3, <br /> <br />3.
