Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />for <br />curb <br /> <br />. <br />At the April 4, 1990 Planning CommissiGJ'h meeting, the commission <br />unanimously recommended approval of variances to parking setback and <br />,curb requirements with the conditions that the parking lot be <br />brought up to code within a 5 year period and that the design <br />details be worked out with city staff. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Church of st. Rose <br />of Lima's request for variances to <br />parking setback and curb requirements at <br />2048 N. Hamline Avenue with the <br />aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br /> <br />(' <br />
