<br />~' <br /> <br />Paragraph 11: <br /> <br />We are requesting variances from those requirements <br />requested by the planning and zoning administrator of the City of <br />Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />(1. As to the East (main), parking lot, the requirement that <br />the parking lot along Eldridge Avenue be removed and concrete <br />curbs be installed 15 feet back from the property line. <br /> <br />2. The requirement that the driveway opepings be no <br />greater than 26 feet and that curb and gutters be placed along <br />the driveway entrances. · <br /> <br />3. The requirement that paving on'the city right of way in <br />the Southeast corner of the property be removed and replaced with <br />sod, which apparently was done by the City, of Roseville and <br />should be removed by them. <br /> <br />~f, <br /> <br />4. The requirement that a concrete curb be installed along <br />the entire South edge of the existing parking lot. <br /> <br />~ <br />
