Rose <br />"of Lima Church parking lot at 2048 North Hamline Avenue. The engineering <br />staff has reviewed this proposal and has the fo~lowing recommendations: <br /> <br />. <br />1. No detail plans of the sit were receive~4with this file so a full <br />engineering review could not be done. <br /> <br />2. No drainage plan was proposed for the site. It is unknown if the <br />work that was done will cause drainage problems without the plan. <br /> <br />3. Will the existing catch basin located along the south lot lin~ <br />pickup run off after curb is added to the south side of the lot? <br /> <br />4. Placement of curb next to the city streets must be to meet city <br />standards and be inspected by staff. <br /> <br />5. County Master street Plan shows 43 feet of right-of-way for Hamline <br />Ave. An additional 10 feet of right-of-way must be dedicated if <br />the variance is approved. <br /> <br />(' <br />
