(Ord. 919, 2-14-83) MINI-STORAGE (SELF-STORAGE) FACILI- TIES: A buil9ing or group of buildings of one or more levels usually, but not neces- sarily always, having the fo!lowing charac- teristics: control access and secured areas which contain varying sizes of individually compartmentalized and controlled access stalls or lockers for the dead storage of the customer's goods or possessions. Access to all storage units shall be oriented into interior courtyards fully enclosed by build- ings or walls, except for ingress and egress openings. Exterior finish shall be face brick or equal. (Ord. 1036, 5-9-88) MOBILE HOME: Any type of structure or vehicle which can be quickly adapted to or does provide facilities for a person or per- sons to eat and/or sleep, which is mounted on wheels, has provisions for wheels or may be loaded on an ordinary flatbed truck, such as a house trailer, converted bus or truck, tent or small building. Moderate impact public or quasi-public uses include activities with more than ten (10) employ- ees on site for anyone activity, requiring more than fifteen (15) parking spaces for anyone activity, exclusive of those parking spaces required for public assembly and not involving retailing, wholesaling or ware- housing of materials other than normal office supplies. For the purposes of this Title a public use is a use of any area, building or structure held, used or con- trolled exclusively for public purposes by any department or branch of any govern- ment. A quasi-public use is any use which is essentially public as in its services ren- dered, although it is under private control or ownership.
