<br />Dear Mr. Sarkozy:

<br />I would like t6 thank you and Mayor Wall for the time that you spent with us in discussing
<br />our possible plans for the future development of our Roseville Campus. As I indicated, we are
<br />concerned about the impression people get as they enter Roseville from the north, driving down
<br />the Snelling Avenue corridor. Immediately after the sign welcoming people to Roseville looms
<br />an abandoned gas station building. We would like to change that.
<br />
<br />We envision developing an attractive office building on the property we own located on the
<br />southwest corner of the Lydia/Snelling intersection. This building would house offices and
<br />radio studios for KTIS/Northwestern College Radio and office space for Presbyterian Homes.
<br />We envision a building that would replace the abandoned gas station in accordance with the
<br />"South Campus Development" plan.
<br />
<br />This building would be in substantial agreement with the existing PUD. Vie would like to know
<br />if the proposed elements correspond closely enough to the original concepts to move ahead with
<br />securing building permits, or if we need to plan more time for appropriate hearings.
<br />
<br />The concept provides a building that both aesthetically and functionally is compatible with the
<br />existing an~ planned buildings in the vicinity. It would be an attractive greeting for people
<br />driving south into Roseville and should have minimal vehicular traffic impact.
<br />
<br />We would like to design a facility in accordance with the following elements.
<br />
<br />· We will confirm that the existing on-site storm water detention basin is sufficient
<br />for the proposed usage. If it is insufficient, we would enlarge it to meet all relevant
<br />specifications.
