9.8 Building Height and Design. The office/radio building and parking deck shall be architecturally designed to have the scale and massing that complements the adjacent structures. The building height and design of the new addition and any exterior remodeling to the existing structure shall be as shown on the approved building elevations (Exhibit ~. Off-street parking has been calculated at 4.5 vehicle spaces per 1,000 square feet of net useable space or a requirement of 152 off-street parking spaces, The residence hall has been calculated at two (2) vehicle spaces per each unit or a requirement of23 off-street parking spaces. Based on the City's calculation the site has a requirement of 198 off-street parking spaces. Once complete, the parking lot will no longer be permitted to accommodate overflow parking. The 10 designated parking spaces located adjacent to Lincoln Drive shall be removed.
