<br />5.0 <br /> <br />SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />By motion, recommend concept approval of the request to amend PUD #1124 to allow the <br />design and construction of a four-story office/radio building totaling 40,000 square feet <br />and a single story parking deck based on the findings outlined in Section 3 of this report <br />and with the conditions outlined in Section 4 of this report. <br /> <br />5.2 <br /> <br />The Planning Commission's recommended action (with recommended changes) will be <br />forwarded to the City Council for concept approval action on Monday, September 13, 1999. <br /> <br />5.3 <br /> <br />A final PUD hearing will be established upon the submission of all revised documents, <br />review and approval of development plan documents by the DRC, and the finalization of <br />the PUD agreement. <br /> <br />Attachments: location map; approved master site plan (1993); site plan; grading, drainage, erosion control & utilities <br />plan; landscape plan; building floor plan; and building elevations; aerial photo. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application submitted on 08/10/99; application accepted as complete on 08/26/99; 60 day decision <br />deadline islO/25/99.
