<br />August 23, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Adjacent Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, September 2, at approximately 3:30 p.m. in <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Todd & Kim Kaus, 2940 Old Highway 8 have petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow <br />the construction of a house and garage addition to encroach six (6) feet two (2) inches <br />into the 10 foot side yard setback. The propose construction requires a Setback Permit to <br />allow its placement to within three (3) feet 10 inches of the northern property line. <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Kaus have a single stall garage and are proposing to remove the existing <br />garage and add living space and a double stall attached garage. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
