<br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 3 of this report, staff <br />recommends approval of the conditional use permit for David Seaberg with conditions <br />3.7 - 3.14. A resolution is necessary for all CUp's and one will be drafted for City <br />Council consideration upon the Commission recommendation. <br /> <br />5.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> <br />By motion, and based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 3 of the RPCA, <br />approve the request by Dave Seaberg 3104 Fairview Avenue, for a conditional use <br />permit to construct a 8'x 26' (208 square feet) addition on to his existing 780 square <br />foot detached garage.
