Landscape, screening; fencing plans, HV AC locations, and final grading plans were not submitted in time for staff review. That the survey be corrected to show the additional right-of-way granted with Easement Document No. 2063633 in November, 1979. 2. That a sewer permit be obtained before extending sewer to the site.
