<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1168, amending City Code Sections 501.05 and
<br />701.03K relating to exemptions for service animals, be adopted.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 302 of the City Code by
<br />increasing the insurance limits and providing coverage for pecuniary loss be continued to the regular
<br />City Council work session of Monday, October 14, 1996, and the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, October 21,1996.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel, seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 311 of the City Code regulating
<br />Pawn Brokers be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 26, 1996 for the
<br />second reading.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Gateway project and choosing a developer be put on the
<br />regular City Council agenda of Monday, September 9, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel and Goedeke.
<br />Nays: Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Motion failed.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that staff develop steps and dates for adopting the amended Tax
<br />Increment Finance Policy and consider developers=: proposals for the Gateway project.
<br />
<br />Council Member Maschka stated that he would like a discussion of Little League put on the August
<br />19, 1996 regular City Council work session agenda if possible, and Northwest Youth & Family
<br />Services put on the September 16, 1996 regular City Council work session agenda.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 10:30 p.m.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of August 12, 1996, be
<br />approved.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1 through C-3 and C-5 through
<br />C-9, be approved.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming the month of October, 1996, as
<br />Crime Prevention Month in the City of Roseville be adopted.
