<br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On September 15, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding <br />the variance request by Mr. Seaberg. At this hearing no citizens spoke in opposition to <br />the request and the Planning Commission only had questions regarding clarification of <br />the use of the property and the ownership of the surrounding duplexes. The Planning <br />Commission recommended (6-0) approval of the variance and recommended that staff <br />work with Mr. Seaberg on alternative drainage solutions.
