<br />J <br /> <br />~ <br />1 <br /> <br />On February 10, 1986, following the mandatory EA W comment and review <br />process, the Roseville City Council passed Resolution 7861-Finding of a Negative <br />Declaration for a Full Environmental Impact Statement-Centre Pointe Business <br />Park project. <br /> <br />.l <br />I <br /> <br />Following the approval and in accordance with the approved plan, all identified <br />environmental hazards were removed, all required permits were obtained and the <br />site was mass-graded in preparation for the development. In addition, two public <br />roads (Lydia Avenue and Centre Pointe Drive) storm sewer, water mains, sanitary <br />sewer, and eight stormwater ponds were installed to service the site. <br /> <br />Due to relatively low demand for office space, only 2 of the 12 lots approved in <br />the 1985 plan were built. These 2 lots currently contain 110,000 SF of office <br />space. <br /> <br />j <br />t <br /> <br />In 1997, Ryan proposed to develop the remaining ten lots, replatting them to <br />create two additional lots (see 1997 Master Site Plan, Figure 5A).
