<br />This PUD site covers 47.6 acres and is bounded by I35W to the West, County Rd D to <br />the north, Cleveland Avenue to the east and The City/ MNDot ponding ordinance to the <br />south. Nearly three quarters of this Business Park PUD- 421,526 sq. ft.- has been <br />developed in the last two years and is occupied. The undeveloped areas lie south of <br />Lydia Avenue. The proposed Veritas project site is the southernmost section of the PUD <br />site and is a 15.6-acre parcel south of Lydia Avenue and Centre Pointe Drive. <br /> <br />The development status of the various development components of the Centre Point <br />Business Park PUD sites is summarized below. <br /> <br />Building Use Status Square footage <br />C.P.B.P. The buildings will include one (1) five story building and two (2), two-story <br />buildings. Veritas would solely use these towers for their professional offices. The <br />project would meet and exceed the existing PUD development standards with a superior <br />building design and building materials and a high quality site design that takes advantage <br />of the parcel's distinctive natural amenities. The site has been designed so that the <br />proposed buildings are clustered near the southern property line to offer views of the <br />wetland areas south of the site. Access to the property is provided from Centre Pointe <br />Drive and Cleveland Avenue. The buildings are arranged around a drop-off area that will <br />provide a sense of arrival and announce the entrances to the buildings. Landscaped green <br />areas are provided around the buildings to provide a naturalistic setting. <br />
