<br />Veritas parking requirements for the site differ from the City's standards. Veritas needs <br />only 4 parking spaces per 1000 SF of net building area. The City's requirements are 5 <br />parking spaces per 1000 SF of gross building area. Veritas needs are based on the number <br />of employees that will be located on the campus. <br /> <br />The site will be constructed in phases. The first phase will consist of building number 1 <br />with a total of 587 parking spaces. A temporary parking lot will be constructed in the <br />location of building 3. Building 2 will be constructed next with surface parking. Building <br />3 will be constructed last. Structured parking will be required when building 3 is built to <br />meet the parking demand for the site. The ramp will be located along the west property <br />line.
