Any such tank that is necessary for a future user would <br />have to be approved and pennitted through the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency (MPCA) and other jurisdictional agencies. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />22. Traffic: <br />Parking spaces added: 460 <br />Existing spaces (if project involves expansion): 2,380 <br />Estimated total Average Daily Traffic (ADT) generated: <br /> <br />The proposed Centre Pointe development is expected to generate 6,735 daily trip <br />ends on a typical weekday. <br /> <br />Estimate maximum peak hour traffic generated (if known) and time of <br />occurrence. <br /> <br />At full development, the proposed Centre Pointe development is expected to <br />generate 883 trips in the p.m. peak hour of 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Of these 883 trips, <br />211 trips are expected to be entering the site and 672 trips are expected to be <br />exiting the site. <br /> <br />Provide estimate of the impact on traffic congestion on the affected roads and <br />describe any traffic improvements necessary. If project is within the Twin <br />Cities metropolitan area, discuss its impacts on the regional transportation <br />system. <br /> <br />I <br />) <br /> <br />A comprehensive traffic study has been performed to examine the potential <br />impacts of the Centre Pointe development. The detailed traffic report is appended <br />to this report as Attachment C.
