Boom trucks must be stored at an industrial site. Trucks with ladders and <br />those taller than a normal pick-up or car should be stored in the southwest lot. <br /> <br />. It is unclear what happened when the original special use permit expired in <br />1998, except that leasees are to abide by all city codes and ordinances. Such <br />ordinances do require screening of industrial vehicles and equipment fTom <br />residential areas. <br /> <br />There appears to be ample opportunity in the lease and the agreement to allow the staff to <br />work out screening and landscaping issues without further approvals by the signees to <br />those agreements.
