The southeast lot must be screened from Victoria in such a manner as to not <br />disrupt police view of the lot in the evenings, yet provide enough screening <br />and landscaping (perhaps in the island as well) to reduce the visual blight of a <br />used car lot in a residential area. <br /> <br />. Clearly identify the current uses within the building because they actually <br />create the demand for the parking. <br />
