(October 1999)

a. MediaOne must visually screen the southeast lot from Victoria with

low hedges or other landscaping and/or trees to reduce the parking

lot visual image as seen from the street and nearby homes. City staff

must approve a plan for such screening.

b. MediaOne must supply a detailed building use plan and a site plan to

illustrate the use within the building and the number of parking

spaces needed and allowed within each parking lot.

c. MediaOne may contract for other day or evening parking by

adjoining nursing and care facilities.

d. All users of the site (as per the master lease) are to abide by the

current City of Roseville Codes and Ordinances.

Approvals/signatures of understanding the memo and attachments:

Roseville School District 623 Date

By: Dr. John Thein, Superintendent

City of Roseville, MN Date
By: Steven F.
