ALTERATIONS; SIGNS; EOUIPMENT: MOVING: The Lessee <br /> <br /> <br />shall have the right to make changes improvements and <br /> <br />alterations to the Premises, inGluding but not limited to the <br /> <br />construction of driveways and parking lots, ball fields and <br /> <br />public works and/or recreational facilities, so long as the <br /> <br />change, improvement or alteration will not interfere with the <br /> <br />use of the building on the Premises leased by GROUP W. CABLE <br /> <br />OF THE NORTH SUBURBS, INC. All expenses incurred by the <br /> <br /> <br />improvements referred to above shall be at the sole expense <br /> <br />of Lessee. <br /> <br />8. UTILITIES: The Lessee covenants and agrees to pay <br /> <br /> <br />during the term of this Lease to the entity providing same, <br /> <br /> <br />all charges for electricity, water, gas, sanitary and storm <br /> <br /> <br />sewer charges, telephone, garbage collection and disposal and <br /> <br /> <br />any other utility supplied to the Premises as a result of any <br /> <br /> <br />improvement or alteration constructed thereon by Lessee. <br /> <br />9. INSURANCE: Each party to this Agreement shall <br /> <br />maintain insurance in at least the amount of the statutory <br /> <br />maximum amount of liability for political subdivisions. <br /> <br />10.
